Amazing Position for A Full Time, Live Out, Nanny, Southend-on-Sea.
An amazing position for a hands on, practical but calm, experienced Nanny to care for a wonderful young chap who is 1 year old. It is important that the nanny has experience in caring for small children under the age of 2. The young chap loves to be busy with activities, singing and play groups as well as trips to the park. The nanny needs to be fully child focused and enjoy planning different activities that will help him grow and develop, including sensory activities like play dough to reading books and singing nursery rhymes. The nanny will be responsible for batch cooking the young chaps meals too.
This position is a sole charge position. A day off in the week every fortnight.
The family needs the nanny to be firm but fair, be able to encourage good manners and be able to lead by example.
The family are looking for someone until the end of December 2026
Location of the job: Southend On Sea
Minimum experience Level for this job: 2yrs+ in as a private Nanny.
Details of any training needed for this job: Enhanced DBS and first aid is essential on application.
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: a level 3 or childcare diploma (NNEB) is essential.
Days of work: Monday to Friday week 1, 4 days a week for week 2 – 9 day fortnight.
Hours of work: 08.00-16.30 however there may be an odd occasional extra half an hour.
Driving required: Driver required – with own car.
Job Start Date: 1st May start
Pay: £33,813 Gross (£17 per hour gross)
