This warm, busy family with four children aged 9, 7, 5 and 3 are relocating to a large country home in Dorset this summer. They are looking for a long term nanny housekeeper who will become a trusted, valued part of the household – someone who genuinely enjoys being with children and takes pride in a well run home. Set in Dorset’s beautiful countryside, this full time role can be offered as live-in or live-out for the right candidate.
The nanny housekeeper will focus on the children, family laundry and ironing, daily housekeeping and household organisation, plus occasional cooking. A separate cleaner will be employed to do all heavy/domestic cleaning.
This is a true nanny housekeeper position, with childcare and household organisation carrying equal weight. The successful candidate will share care of the children with the parents, and take full charge at times, while keeping the household running smoothly day to day. Occasional proxy parenting and overnights may be requested.
