Harmony at Home Limited

A wonderful, warm and down-to-earth family based in Parsons Green are seeking an experienced and engaging nanny to join them on a long-term basis from 31st August.
During term time, the nanny will work Monday to Thursday from 2:00pm to 7:00pm and Friday from 11:30am to 6:00pm. During school holidays, the hours will increase to 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. The family are happy to annualise the salary, which is offered at £22–£25 per hour, DOE.
The family have a delightful little boy who is currently three years old and will turn four in October. He will be attending kindergarten from September. The parents both work in demanding, high-pressure roles outside the home, making punctuality, reliability and excellent dependability essential qualities for their nanny.
The family live in the family-friendly area of Parsons Green, just a five-minute walk from The Hurlingham Club. A fantastic benefit of the role is access to an Annual Nanny Pass for the Club, allowing the nanny to enjoy its excellent facilities with the child, including outdoor play areas, sensory and swimming classes, soft play and a wonderful playground.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all standard nursery duties, including preparing healthy meals for the child, managing his laundry and keeping his bedroom, play areas and belongings organised and tidy. The family are looking for someone energetic, fun-loving and proactive, who enjoys spending time outdoors in the fresh air and creating stimulating experiences for him in and outside the home. The nanny should be confident arranging playdates, attending classes, visiting museums and planning exciting outings, while also encouraging imaginative and creative play at home.
A driver is not required for the role and they have no pets. Travelling with the family would be very much desired but is not essential. This is a family who truly value the role of a nanny within their home and are keen to find someone looking for a long-term position where they can become a trusted and highly valued part of the family. They have enjoyed an excellent relationship with their current nanny, who has been with them for the past three years, reflecting the supportive and appreciative environment they offer.
