A Great Opportunity for a Live in, Qualified, SEND Experienced, Nanny/family assistant in Rutland, Normanton Leicestershire.
A busy professional family need a super, reliable and fun hands on live in Nanny come and be part of this amazing family.
The duties include (but are not limited to) making the home a relaxed and calm place, assisting the children who are 6 and 3 years old, the children need someone who is experienced with caring for charismatic, outdoorsy and active boys. The older chap has ADHD and a PDA profile, so the nanny needs to have experience and be understanding of his needs.
The 3 year old chap would love someone who can come and help him have lots of fun through outdoor games, creative activities and generally keeping busy.
The oldest chap splits his time with mum one week and dad the other week, so the hours are done in a two weekly shift.
Week 1 (Both Boys) 39hours.
Mon to Fri 7am-9am & 2pm-7pm Sat 1pm-5pm (Saturday hours for week 1 would be every other week, so the nanny has at least one full weekend off per month).
Week 2 (Youngest Boy Only) 32hours:
Tue & Thurs 1pm-5pm Fri overnight 2pm to Sat 2pm.
The accommodation is a separate annex, however on the Friday night of week two you would sleep in the house with the 3 year old.
The position is predominately nursery duties only, but is essential that the person is happy to use their initiative, this can include loading and unloading the dishwasher and washing machine and keeping the family areas clean and tidy.
The family need a proactive person who is happy to use their initiative and just be able to get on with things.
They are looking for someone who is happy to stay long term with them to be a big and valued part of the family.
Location of the job: Normanton, Leicestershire.
Minimum experience Level for this job: 2 years professional live in and SEND experience with this age group is essential.
Details of any training needed for this job: Enhanced DBS and paediatric first aid essential before application
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: A childcare qualification is not essential., but preferred.
Hours of work: Week 1: 39 hours per week. Week 2: 32 hours per week (1 overnight stay is essential).
Days required: Monday to Saturday
Pets in the home: No pets in the home.
Driving required: A nanny who can drive that has their own car with business insurance is essential.
Job Start Date: ASAP start, but willing to wait for the right candidate.
Job End Date: Long term position
Pay: £31,989.94 gross annual salary (£18 per hour). £12.71 for the overnight.
This is a permanent position.
