Professional Norland Nanny (Norland qualified or Experienced) required in Mayfair, London

Are you a highly qualified and confident nanny that has shown longevity in your roles? A lovely family living in Mayfair, London are looking for a nanny 40 hours a week over 5 days to include a Saturday and also a Friday night. They have an adorable 7 month old and are looking for someone with lots of age appropriate experience. The role will be shared care, so you must be happy working alongside the mother. The ideal person will be very discreet, happy to travel and shown longevity within previous roles. All nursery duties and cooking will be required. Other members of staff are employed so no housekeeping. It would be a real bonus if you are MNT trained, have a sleep training qualification and sound EYFS understanding.

Salary and Qualifications:
Non–Norland Qualified Nanny: £75,000 per annum
Applicants without a Norland Diploma should have a minimum of 8 years’ professional childcare experience. Norland-Qualified Nanny (Norland Diploma): £85,000 per annum
Candidates holding a Norland Diploma will be offered a higher salary band.
In addition to the core childcare responsibilities listed for non–Norland candidates, Norland-qualified nannies will:
Develop and deliver age-appropriate educational curriculums and bespoke learning plans
Provide advanced safeguarding and first-aid practices as per Norland standards
Lead on detailed developmental assessments and regular progress reports for parents
Coordinate with external specialists (tutors, therapists, extracurricular instructors) to enhance each child’s holistic growth
Exact placement within each salary band may vary based on individual experience beyond the minimum requirements (for example, additional years in a Norland-trained environment, fluency in extra languages, or specialist certifications).
