Part Time Hands-On Nanny/housekeeper, is needed for a lovely family in Maldon, Essex
A lovely family have two home educated and spirited children aged 6 and 4 need a fun, active hands on nanny/housekeeper who will help the children to grow and flourish. The nanny will partner the parents in home educating their children, with educational trips to the zoo, gym classes, sports clubs and other curriculum based activities. On a Wednesday the children need to be dropped off at forest school, then the Nanny will need to do some housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry and shopping then the children will need to be collected at the end of the day and taken home for dinner. On a Thursday the children are registered with an activity club, the nanny will be responsible for taking the children there and staying with them. It is important that the nanny is fun, but also works alongside the parents in creating an educational and nurturing atmosphere for the children. It is absolutely essential that the Nanny is comfortable in home educating children. The family want someone who is committed to the job and will stay and become a valuable long term member of the family.
Location of the job: Malden, ESSEX
Minimum experience Level for this job: 2+ years professional experience as a Nanny. Teaching assistant experience would be a bonus.
Details of any training needed for this job: : Enhanced DBS, up to date first aid (On application) and Ofsted registered (or happy to register).
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Level 3 diploma in childcare and development or equivalent but can be flexible if the nanny has lots of experience.
Hours of work: Monday 8.30-4.30, Wednesday 8-5 and Thursday 8.30-4.30 – but flexibility is paramount.
Days required: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Pets in the home: Yes two cocker spaniels
Driving required: Driver with own car is essential.
Job Start Date: URGENT ASAP start.
Pay: £22,100 Gross per annum (£17 per hour)
