A warm, welcoming family based in the beautiful Sussex countryside are looking for an experienced, nurturing nanny to care for their three children aged 6, 4, and 1. This is a long-term, permanent role and a truly lovely opportunity for someone who values becoming part of a family, not just working for one.
The role offers up to 50 hours a week, with three non-flexible working days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and additional hours that can be flexibly arranged to suit both parties. These additional hours will focus mainly on light housekeeping and nursery duties, providing support in the home and helping keep everything running smoothly. A professionally qualified nanny is not required; however the family are looking for someone warm, experienced and genuinely passionate about family life and children.
The home is set in a stunning rural location near Haywards Heath, within a spacious country house with large gardens. The children are active and outdoorsy, and the family enjoys swimming, walking, skiing, and countryside adventures. A live-in option is available during the week for the right person. The role is sole charge, and you’ll be provided with a car for both on and off-duty use, so a full driving licence is essential.
