A great position for a Live Out, Full Time, Qualified Nanny/Housekeeper, January Start, Brighton and Hove. East Sussex.
A lovely family in Hove need a Nanny/Housekeeper to come and join their family, The position will start as part time doing 4 hours over 4-5 days then when mum goes back to work in April the position would be full time.
The family have 2 sporty children who are 9yrs and 7yrs old, and a baby on the way.
The family need someone who has experience in newborn care and is comfortable with being in a shared care role at the beginning of the position. When the mum returns to work the candidate will have sole charge of the baby. The candidate needs to ensure baby is in a routine, with naps, milk, changing and stimulating activities that helps them to grow and develop.
The duties for this position would include, but not limited to helping with the family laundry, keeping on top of the housework with making the beds, keeping the kitchen tidy, preparing meals and then of course helping with the older children who will need a fun nanny who can keep on top of their school schedule, picking them up from the bus stop after school take them to different activity clubs and look after them in the school holidays.
The family maybe getting a dog in the spring/summer, and the dog will need some company in the daytime too.
Pay for this position is from £20 per hour. In the first 3 months the hours will be different to the full-time hours, therefore affect the pay.
The family need a proactive person who is not afraid to muck in and will come and be a very important part of their family.

Location of the job: Brighton and Hove, East Sussex.
Minimum experience Level for this job: 3+ years professional newborn experience.
Details of any training needed for this job: Enhanced DBS and paediatric first aid essential before application.
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: A childcare qualification is essential.
Hours of work: From April 7.30am – 6pm
Days required: From April Monday – Friday
Pets in the home: Not at the moment – possibly getting a ridgeback in the spring/summer.
Driving required: Own car – with business insurance.
Job Start Date: To be confirmed – January 2027
Job End Date: Ongoing
Pay: Good rate of Pay.
