A Great Opportunity, Mid Sept Start, Four Day Week, Qualified, Experienced Nanny, County Durham.
An amazing family with 1 young chap who will be 6 months at the start of the position.
The little chap needs someone who has experience in weaning and babies under 1 year old. He needs someone who is experienced in the nutritional needs of first weaning foods and is happy to help prepare different foods.
He will need lots of educational activities and stimulation to help him grow and develop and reach all the developmental milestones, these activities should cover sensory play, fine and gross motor skills and outdoor activities alongside having lots of fun!
The family need a nanny that has a childcare qualification such as a level 3 in early years care and education, a nursery nurse diploma or equivalent.
The hours are 10am-6pm Mondays to Thursdays, with some additional babysitting with notice.
The position is sole charge, but mum does work from home.
The position requires a nanny that can do nursery duties only, keeping the play area’s and kitchen clean and tidy but will use their initiative when they see things that need doing,
The family would ideally like the nanny to stay to become a valued member of the family.

Location of the job: County Durham – North East
Minimum experience Level for this job: 2 years professional experience in weaning and babies.
Details of any training needed for this job: Enhanced DBS (under 1 year old/on the update system and paediatric first aid essential before application
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: A childcare qualification is essential
Hours of work: 10am to 6pm (with flexibility)
Days required: Monday to Thursday
Pets in the home: No pets in the home.
Driving required: A nanny who can drive and has her own car with business insurance is preferred
Job Start Date: Mid-September start.
Job End Date: Long term position
Pay: up to £29,952 Gross per annum (from £15-£18 per hour Gross)
