Experienced Housekeeper Team Leader Required at Broughton Sanctuary, Full Time Position. Broughton, Skipton.
Are you an experience housekeeper who would like progression, then this position is for you… As the Housekeeping Team Leader at Broughton Sanctuary, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all properties, retreat spaces and communal areas. You will lead and support a team of 6 housekeepers, managing schedules, supplies, and day-to-day housekeeping operations to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.

As a leading destination for wellbeing, sustainability and hospitality, we are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper Team Leader to join our team and help maintain our exceptional standards for guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and support the housekeeping team, ensuring all tasks are completed
to a high standard.
• Oversee and participate in the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms,
lodges, communal areas, and wellness spaces.
• Conduct final checks on properties to ensure they meet required cleanliness and
presentation standards.
• Create and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage across all
properties.
• Order housekeeping supplies and maintain stock levels.
• Act as the first point of contact for external suppliers.
• Coordinate with the Estate team to ensure smooth operations and
communication.
• Plan and organise team duties and daily cleaning schedules.
• Manage configuration planning for accommodation setups.
• Handle staff holidays and sickness, ensuring adequate cover at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH
guidelines.
• Assist in laundry duties as required.
• Provide training and support to team members to maintain high standards.
Location of the job: Broughton Sanctuary, Broughton, near Skipton.
Minimum experience Level for this job: 3 years cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Hours of work: 40 Hours per week full time

Pay: £35,000 Gross per Annum
