Part time Nanny role in Lymington, SO41
This family are looking for a Nanny to care for their baby girl who will be 5 months old at the start of the role. There is the option to either work 3 mornings (9am to 1pm) or 2 full days (9am to 5pm) a week; ideally between Tuesday to Thursday. This is a sole charge, live out role.
Duties to include ensuring the little girl is happy and safe, creating age appropriate activities at home to help her reach developmental milestones and arranging fun trips out.
The ideal nanny will be gentle, nurturing and confident with babies, who can provide a calm, safe and loving environment. Someone organised and pro-active, that will research local groups and classes ensuring the baby’s routine runs smoothly and alongside carrying out all nursery duties (children’s laundry, children’s cooking, keeping children’s areas tidy etc) Once she is older, she will attend nursery on the afternoons/other days.

Minimum experience Level for this job: Minimum of five years professional nannying experience and suitable experience of caring for young babies
Details of any training needed for this job: Paediatric first aid
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Ideally a formal childcare qualification however, would consider experience
Hours of work: 12 hours over three mornings or 16 over two full days
Days required: 2 or 3 days a week, between Tuesday to Thursday
Pets in the home: One dog
Driving required: Driver required, own car or one could be provided
Job Start Date: 1st August 2026
Pay: £20 gross per hour. £12,480 gross per annum for 3 mornings/£16,640 gross per annum
