Starting in September 2025, a welcoming and professional family based in Padbury, Buckinghamshire is looking for a kind, reliable, and organised nanny to care for their three cheerful and energetic boys (aged 6, 4, and 1). They are open to either full or part-time hours and can flex for the right person.
This is a sole-charge role, they work a hybrid setup (around 30% in the office and 60% from home). Dad works away on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so those days are when they need the most hands-on support.
The working hours are flexible, below are two preferred options (with flexibility for the right candidate):
Option 1 – Full Days (36 hours)
• Mon: 09:00 – 16:00
• Tues: 09:00 – 17:00
• Weds: 08:00 – 18:30
• Thurs: 08:00 – 18:30
Option 2 – Afternoon-Focused (35 hours)
• Mon: 14.00 – 19.30
• Tues: 14:00 – 19:30
• Weds: 07.30 – 19.30
• Thurs: 07.30 – 19.30
Key Responsibilities
• Creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for the children
• School/nursery drop-offs and pick-ups (own car required – duty mileage paid)
• Fun and enriching indoor/outdoor activities (Lego, jigsaws, games, nature walks, crafts)
• Outings to groups and classes with the youngest during the day
• Preparing healthy, home-cooked meals for the children
• Helping with children’s laundry and keeping shared areas tidy
• Light household support (e.g., emptying the dishwasher, occasional errands) – the family employs a weekly cleaner
• Supporting homework, dinner, and bath time routines

Driving required: Yes – own fully insured car required. Duty mileage will be paid.

Job Start Date: September 2025 (flexible)
Pay: £29,952 gross per annum (pro rata for part time)
Mutually agreed overtime to be paid at £16 gross per hour
