Having earned her BA (Hons) in Education and Training, Hayley began her career as a professional nanny, travelling the world aboard a superyacht and later working as a live-in nanny in West London. These experiences gave her invaluable insight into the challenges parents face when seeking exceptional childcare and the qualities that top candidates look for in a supportive, fulfilling placement. At Harmony at Home, Hayley’s mission is simple: to take the stress out of childcare recruitment. She is passionate about creating meaningful, lasting matches between families and professionals, ensuring every placement benefits not only the children but also the parents and candidates involved.
