Harmony at Home Somerset & Bath Franchise Owner, Zoe Fearnley, celebrating shortlisting in the Virtual Franchising Awards 2024

The Quality Franchise Assosiation Virtual Franchising Awards are the UK’s first virtual awards for the franchising community. Running since 2021, they are back for a third year and we are delighted to announce that Zoe Fearnley, Franchise owner of both Harmony at Home Somerset and Bath, and Harmony at Home Gloucestershire and Bristol, has been shortlisted in this years ‘Franchisee of the Year’ Category.
The Franchisee of the Year Category recognises individual franchisees being an integral part of a franchise network, helping the Franchise to build a strong brand and having a strong impact on their reputation.
Zoe, who is herself, a Norland Nanny, began her franchising journey with Harmony at Home in 2018 when she purchased the Somerset and Bath Franchise. She has since grown her presence in the South West by purchasing the Gloucestershire and Bristol branch in 2021. She now runs two very successful branches from her home office, making positive and thriving placements for clients and candidates alike, across Somerset and Gloucestershire.
Zoe’s clients and candidates regularly give fantastic feedback on her services, often noting her fantastic skills at matching profiles and always putting the family’s needs at the forefront of her search. Her candidates see her as a friendly and supportive recruiter who helps to guide them through the processes required and matches them with families who best suit them.
On her shortlisting, Zoe says, “It was an honour to be nominated for the National 2024 Quality Franchise Association Virtual Franchise Awards and I am so proud to have reached the finals. I am passionate about providing an excellent service to both my clients and candidates, getting to know them and their individual needs and going above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. I also offer to meet the families and candidates in person to build stronger relationships with them and learn what their individual requirements are. Leaning on my 30+ years of experience within the childcare sector and the customer skills I have gained through my career ensures they are in safe hands.
