Charlotte Maggs
Charlotte Maggs is our Franchise Support Manager. She has had a long career in early years education and in customer services. Before joining Harmony at Home, she was the Customer Service Team Leader for a leading online retailer for 6 years. Prior to this she worked as Norland Nanny, and as a Teaching Assistant for 5 years. Charlotte qualified from the University of Gloucestershire with a First Class Honours in Early Childhood Studies, and she also holds the prestigious Norland Diploma. Charlotte works with our current Franchisees to ensure their success, and she also recruits new Franchisees. She lives with her husband and 2 small children who she enjoys exploring the Somerset countryside with.
