Celebration Awards and Conference

On the 21-22nd April 2023 our courageous community of Harmony at Home Franchises and National Office staff celebrated their 19th year of trading at their Annual Conference and Awards.

This year was not to be missed, promising a 2-day spectacular event held at the Birch Hotel in Haywards Heath. With over 25 people attending, including speakers and sponsors and an awards celebration, the whole team enjoyed getting together to network and collaborate.

The event started with Clare Jones providing an invaluable training session on the importance of video within business, and some of our franchisees benefited from booking a private session with her to create a video for use on their branch pages and across their marketing. 

This was followed by James Sedgwick from The BFA, who provided an insightful and inspiring speech which helped us better understand certain elements of a franchised business as well as how relationships through the BFA can help growth across the franchise industry.

The day came to an exciting end where we were delighted to welcome Nanny Tax as the Corporate Sponsors of our awards and enjoyed a training session hosted by Kirsty Wild and Jessica Weiss, alongside the awards presentation itself.

The second day began with Louisa Wilcox giving a fantastic training session on Money Strategy which was hugely informative for all of us. 

Sales and Leadership Coach Gary Morgan followed this with an interactive session on Positive Personal Impacts which the whole network enjoyed. 

Charlotte Maggs, our Franchisee Support Manager gave detailed presentations and interactive training and our Founder, Frankie Gray gave forward-looking vision for the future of Harmony at Home to round off the event.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank all the wonderful speakers who came and inspired the whole network, ready for the year ahead. We all revelled in the celebration of the ever-growing franchise network that is Harmony at Home.
