Celebrating 22 Years of Harmony at Home Nanny and Household Staff Agency

Harmony at Home are proud to hold an Annual Conference and Awards each year for learning, and celebration and this year we celebrated 22 years of Harmony at Home Nanny and Household Staff Agency!

We were delighted to welcome our franchisees and wider Head Office team to this year’s Conference on 24^th April 2026, along with a host of excellent guest speakers and sponsors. The network benefited from getting together in person to collaborate, network and learn from one another.

Following Harmony at Home Founder, Frankie Gray’s warm welcome, introducing the theme of this year’s conference ‘The New Rules of Success’, Kirsty Wild and Issy Comber from Nannytax and Stafftax were first to take to the stage. They delivered a practical and relevant double training session introducing the benefits of the new Nanny Rewards & Wellbeing App and then went onto discuss the importance of reviews and why they matter for your business.

The Nannytax team were followed by Marketing Expert Steph Baker who delivered a compelling training session and brought with her a genuine enthusiasm.

This years keynote speaker, Donna O’Toole, founder of August Recognition took to the floor next, to speak about Awards and Winning Recognition in Business. Donna’s insight, energy, and expertise brought so much value to the day, and it truly resonated with our network. We were thrilled that she could join us and even more delighted to receive copies of her book ‘Win!’.

It was only right that Donna went on to present the Harmony at Home Awards for 2026. We were so very proud to celebrate this year’s high achievers and huge congratulations to each winner and runner up who is named below. With huge thanks to the sponsors of this year’s awards, August Recognition, Nannytax and Stafftax.

After a delicious lunch, thanks to our truly divine venue Horsted Place along with time to network, Jo Ferrone, Founder of How Does She Do it?! gave an expert session on Mindset Matters. Looking closely at Imposter Syndrome, Self-Sabotage and Stepping out of your comfort zone, Jo spoke eloquently and passionately about overcoming your fears and building confidence. Jo’s insightful session gave the network much to ponder and we are delighted that she will be joining us again for a follow-up workshop session.

Frankie went on to give a Founder’s Expert Session on leading with heart, growing with purpose, and creating success that makes a real difference. Delving deeper into what the network ‘wants’ and the successes they have experienced recently, this invaluable session proved insightful and informative.

Charlotte Maggs, Harmony at Home’s Franchise Support Manager ended the day with a Regulations & Safeguarding training and spoke about recent updates and the forming of the Fair Work Agency along with the importance of understanding that Employment Agencies (such as Harmony at Home) are regulated under the Employment Agencies Act. An important and poignant session to end the day.

There is nothing quite like the networking and collaboration that days such as these provide, and we are so very grateful to our whole network of franchisees and head office team for joining us on this very special occasion. We truly believe it is one of the most important highlights of the year and we’d like to thank everyone who made it happen.
