An incredibly welcoming family based in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside are seeking a
wonderful full-time nanny to join them Monday to Friday. They have a little girl who will soon be
turning one year old and are looking for a nurturing and proactive nanny to care for her
throughout the working week while both parents work.
Their daughter is adaptable and flexible with her daily routines, and the family are keen for the
nanny to build a fun, social, and outdoorsy weekly rhythm. Days will include regular outings,
play opportunities, and a balance of engaging activities and home comforts. The family
currently enjoy getting out and about each day, including woodland walks and attending local
playgroups, and would love the nanny to continue this while introducing age-appropriate,
developmentally enriching activities to support their child’s growth and development.
The role will also involve supporting positive eating habits by preparing simple, nutritious
homemade meals. In addition, the nanny will be responsible for child-related household duties,
including sterilising and cleaning equipment such as bottles, high chairs, prams, car seats, and
toys. Further nursery duties include managing the child’s laundry and assisting with child
related administration, working collaboratively with the parents on child related admin.
Dad works from a separate office adjacent to the family home, allowing for easy
communication during the day. The family are notably calm and kind which has created a
supportive home environment, offering a truly pleasant atmosphere in which to work.
They are looking for a nanny with excellent initiative, strong childcare knowledge, and a genuine
passion for supporting early development. The ideal candidate will bring knowledge, warmth,
and confidence to enhance their child’s world through attentive one-to-one care, alongside
open and collaborative communication with parents.
Minimum experience Level for this job: 2 years working as a nanny
Hours of work: 9am – 6pm
Days required: Monday – Friday
Pets in the home: 1 friendly labrador – care not required but animal lover essential
Driving required: yes, car provided on duty
Job Start Date: August 2026
Pay: £37,440 gross per annum
Benefits: Car on duty
