An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a proactive Nanny / House Manager to join a warm, country-loving family on their stunning historic estate in North Warwickshire. This unique live-in role offers the chance to work within a truly special home, combining family support with hands-on household management.
You will play a key role in supporting two delightful young girls (aged 3 and 5), managing their daily routines including school runs, activities, and bedtime. Alongside this, you’ll oversee family laundry, meal planning, and organisation of their belongings, while planning engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings.
Working closely with the family and existing estate staff, you will help manage the smooth running of a large property. Responsibilities include overseeing household systems, maintaining spaces, monitoring supplies, coordinating with cleaners, and assisting with the management of an on-site holiday let.
This home regularly welcomes guests, so a naturally warm, hospitable presence is essential. You’ll also support with events, maintain formal rooms, and ensure exceptional care of valuable interiors and artefacts.

Pay: £29,250 gross per annum
