Fantastic Full Time Nanny in Hereford

A wonderful family are seeking a talented, experienced nanny to join them on a full-time basis
and become an integral part of their home. This is a dynamic role supporting the family’s daily
routines, ensuring the week runs smoothly through thoughtful planning, organisation and
proactive time management.
The family have two children aged 5 and 1. Their eldest daughter is full of personality and enjoys
gymnastics, horses and playing with her Barbies. The children have a fantastic play room at the
top floor which the nanny will have full reign over organising and setting up to meet the
children’s needs. Her younger brother is independent and communicative, beginning to
develop his own interests. The youngest attends nursery three days a week, while the eldest is
at school.
The nanny will create a calm, harmonious environment where engaging activities are planned
around the children’s interests. Outings, creative play and age-appropriate development will be
key elements of the role when the children are at home.
During school hours, duties will include children’s meal preparation, organising children’s
areas, preparing for the evening routine and ensuring everything is ready for the following day.
Strong communication skills are essential, as the nanny will work closely with the parents to
ensure a positive partnership. The ability to think ahead, plan effectively and stay one step
ahead of the family’s needs is highly valued. Experience working with Neurodiversity is a bonus.

Minimum experience Level for this job: Experience in a similar role
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Level 3 in childcare and above
Hours of work:
2 days a week – 7:30am start
1 day a week – 7:00pm finish
2-3 days a week: 16:30 finish is possible
Days required: Monday – Friday
Pets in the home: One friendly dog
Driving required: Yes
Job Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £55,380 gross per annum
