Harmony at Home Limited
Great Opportunity for a Live Out, Part Time Housekeeper – Throckley, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.
A unique and diverse full-time opportunity has become available for a proactive Housekeeper/House Manager to support a family during their transition from Gosforth to a new home in Throckley this May.
The role offers ad-hoc hours immediately in Gosforth, moving to 25 hours a week from May to allow for a familiarisation period before taking sole charge of the property during the family’s summer break. During this time, you will be responsible for meticulously organising the new house to ensure it is fully ‘ready to live in’ for their return.
The role will then involve duties such as high-standard housekeeping, deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, and expert wardrobe management, alongside running errands and grocery shopping. A standout feature of this position is the outdoor, including gardening and animal care; the family requires someone confident in maintaining a small vegetable patch and caring for their dog, as well as additional animals following the move. While the family employs a nanny, it is essential that the candidate is child-friendly and happy to work alongside the existing team. This is a position for a dedicated professional who enjoys a varied role encompassing both meticulous indoor management and active outdoor upkeep.
