Flexible Nanny needed to support 7 year old girl in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

A kind, engaging and professional nanny is sought to support a bright and active seven
year-old girl. The role will play an important part in helping the child settle following a
recent move to the area and her transition into a new school. The nanny’s primary focus
will be to support the child’s personal, social and emotional development, helping her
to build confidence, resilience and independence in her daily routine.
The child is energetic and enjoys a wide range of physical activities, including climbing,
cycling and swimming. She also enjoys quieter, fine motor activities such as baking,
drawing and making slime, and has a particular interest in Harry Potter.
Flexibility is essential, as the parent’s schedule varies; however, working hours will
always be shared in advance to support clear communication and a strong,
collaborative working relationship. The role will primarily involve after-school care,
providing consistent support as the child returns home, completes any light school
related tasks, and winds down at the end of the day.
This position would suit a nanny who is nurturing, emotionally attuned and confident in
supporting children through periods of transition.
Location of the job: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Minimum experience Level for this job: Level 2 Childcare and above
Hours of work: 15 – 20 hours per week
Days required: 3 – 5 days a week
Driving required: Yes, own car essential
Job Start Date: ASAP
Pay: Minimum of £18 gross per hour
