The role requires a nanny with a genuine passion for supporting children’s early development, including guiding key milestones such as potty training, weaning, sleep routines, and overall growth. Creativity and imagination are highly valued, as the children enjoy dressing up, storytelling, and playful, hands-on activities. A fun, expressive, and resourceful nanny with a good sense of humour will be the perfect fit.
The family are looking for someone flexible and collaborative, who can work closely alongside them to ensure consistency and harmony in the children’s weeks when parents are traveling for work or are away. The nanny will bring flexibility and a can do attitude to support the families adhoc needs.
Set in an idyllic location with rivers, lakes, woodland, open pastures, and a walled fruit and vegetable garden, the family home offers endless opportunities for outdoor adventures, swimming, and summer paddling.
Location of the job: Near Ludlow, Shropshire
Hours of work: 7am – 7pm
Days required: Fridays (with additional adhoc days available)
Driving required: Yes, own car required
Job Start Date: ASAP
Pay: minimum £9,360 gross per annum
