A lovely family with two boys, aged six and one, are seeking the support of a warm, kind, and
maternal nanny to join their household. The role requires someone who can bring a calm yet
proactive approach to daily routines while creating a nurturing environment in which the
children can thrive.
The nanny will take the lead with the morning routine, preparing simple and healthy breakfasts
such as porridge, cereal, or toast, and supporting the children with their personal care. They will
help ensure the boys are ready for their day, making sure everything is organised for school and
nursery. With both settings located nearby, the nanny will manage drop-offs and provide clear,
thoughtful communication with teachers during handovers.
Once back at the house, the nanny will focus on resetting the home for the afternoon and
evening routines. Duties will include tidying away after the morning, making up bedding,
preparing dinner, and managing the family laundry. These tasks help to maintain a smooth
household rhythm and ensure the children return to a calm, organised home.
The boys are energetic yet easy-going, responsive to guidance, and enjoy following clear
routines. The family are looking for someone who will engage with their personalities and bring
stability, kindness, and consistency to their daily lives.
This role has additional baby sitting and over night care available to the successful candidate.
Location of the job: Dudley, Birmingham
Hours of work: 6:45am – 10:45am
Days required: Monday – Friday (Term Time Only)
Driving required: Yes, own car essential

Pay: £8,512 gross per annum
