Confident and Passionate Nanny for Baby Girl in Coventry

A laid-back and welcoming family are seeking a confident, caring, and passionate nanny to look after their 13 -month-old daughter on a daily basis. The role will include supporting her routines, providing physical care, and engaging her in age-appropriate developmental activities. She is a happy, smiley little girl who enjoys a good daily routine with two naps. During nap times, the nanny will focus on child-related duties (such as tidying play and care areas) and light housework (possible ironing and cooking). She is currently enjoying baby-led weaning alongside breastfeeding. Mum works flexibly from home in a dedicated office space and remains available for feeding when needed. The family would love someone creative and proactive, who can provide simple but engaging activities such as music, singing, and sensory play, while also arranging outings to baby groups and local activities to support her social and developmental growth. The family are bilingual and are keen to encourage her English language development. They would like the nanny to support her early vocabulary and understanding in a fun, natural way.
This role is perfect for a nurturing nanny with energy, initiative, and a genuine love for working with babies.
Location of the job: Coventry
Minimum experience Level for this job: Childcare Qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
Suggested hours of work: one 6 hour day and two 4 hour days
Days required: Monday and two other days
Job Start Date: ASAP
End Date: March 2026 with possible extension
Pay: £16gross per hour
