An experienced and Confident Nanny is required to care for two children aged 4 and 2 years during the summer holidays.
The positions is 3 full days Monday, Wednesday and Friday and if suitable for the candidate a Tuesday and Friday 9am-1pm as well. Your duties are to engage the children in fun, stimulating activities through the day, go on day trips or to local groups and activities, prepare and cook lunch for the children and tidy up after mealtimes and activities.
The 4 year old loves animals, going to soft play and enjoys learning her phonics currently. She can be emotionally sensitive but is an energetic girl who likes to be engaged. The 2 year old is a fun and active boy who loves physical activities and climbing. The parents generally follow attachment parenting and like their home to be relaxed. Mum is expecting a baby in October so is looking for someone to take the pressure off during the summer and there is the potential for this to carry on through other school holidays or for some occasional babysitting. The family have 2 cats so someone used to having cats around is essential.

Minimum experience Level for this job: Minimum 3 years in childcare

Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Level 3 in child care is preferred but not essential
Days/Hours of work: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-5pm, Tuesday and Friday 9am-1pm (the days can be slightly shorter and Tuesday and Friday are not essential)
Job Start Date: 21st July
Job End Date: 1st September
Pets in the home: 2 cats
Driving required: Essential, ideally with own car
Pay: £18-£20 gross per hour
