Full time Nanny Housekeeper role in Romsey, SO51
This family are looking for a full time Nanny housekeeper for their three girls aged 6, 8 and 11 years. The days are Tuesday to Friday 7am to 7pm. This is a sole charge, live out position. They would like someone who could offer the flexibility of one babysit a month, which would be prearranged and agreed to.
Duties to include some school drop offs/pickups for the younger two, children’s diary management, taking to clubs, assisting with homework and all usual nursery duties such as children’s laundry, keeping children’s areas tidy, toy/wardrobe organisation etc. During the school holidays planning fun and exciting days out. This could involve going swimming, to climbing walls, taking the eldest horse riding, playing sports, arranging playdates, going on bike rides and trips to the beach.
Housekeeping will involve house organising, stocking/provisioning for the household, accepting deliveries, arranging tradespeople if required and ad hoc errands. The family have a cleaner twice a week, so no heavy cleaning is involved. They are looking for someone who is confident meal planning and batch cooking healthy, fresh homemade meals.
The family are looking for a kind and gentle nanny housekeeper who will encourage the girls to be independent and will build strong friendships with them, whilst still setting firm boundaries. For the housekeeping tasks they need someone who is super organised and likes to be busy, who can use their initiative and has good time management skills.
The role will involve travel twice a year, usually a week’s ski trip to a chalet and a warm summer holiday to a villa.

Pay: £18 gross per hour. £44,928 gross per annum.
