The Nanny and Childcare Specialists

A fabulous sole charge live out nanny role has become available in Radnage, Buckinghamshire.

You will be looking after two delightful little girls aged 7½ and 5 years. The family live in a beautiful detached house in the countryside, with an acre of garden for the children to enjoy and play in.

This family is looking for a cheerful and friendly nanny who would like to have plenty of fun – along with providing lots of love and support.

The children go to school each day. During term time (34 weeks) you will be required for 37.5 hours each week. The hours will be Monday-Friday, 07.00-09.30 (to help with breakfast and do the morning school run), returning in the afternoon at 15.00-19.00 (to collect the girls from school and help with dinner, homework and bathtime). There will be an additional hour in the day (to be added to the morning or the afternoon, whichever suits you) where you will have time to help keep the girls organised – helping with their laundry, keeping their rooms tidy, ensuring they have everything they need for the day ahead, etc.

In the school holidays (18 weeks a year) the hours will increase to 08.00-18.00 each day (50 hours/week). There is also the possibility of ad hoc babysitting. This will be mutually agreed and paid as overtime.

The parents are keen for their children to learn and develop in a balanced way, to help them to hit their various developmental milestones – with lots of stimulating and educational indoor fun (board games, reading, jigsaws, craft, singing, imaginary games etc) mixed with plenty of outside play and walks to the park. In the school holidays, when there will be more time, the family is happy for the children to go on fun outings and to visit friends, so they can mix with other children, keeping them safe and happy at all times.

You will provide the girls with healthy and nutritious meals (home cooked as often as possible). Any help to keep the house running smoothly would be appreciated, emptying the dishwasher, running the occasional errand, etc. The family has a cleaner twice a week and someone who does the ironing.

You will need to be a careful and confident driver, with a clean licence. There is a car for use on duty.

If this role sounds like something you would enjoy and you would like to work alongside this warm and friendly family, please apply below.
