A lovely afternoon Nanny position has become available in Kelston, Bath for a family of six.
The family are looking for someone who is kind, enthusiastic and positive. Someone confident who can ensure the children show respect and learn good manners. Your duties will be all childcare related (a housekeeper is also employed). They are looking for someone to be able to create a calm and organised environment to support the children’s homework and projects as well as music and sport practise. You will be required to do school pick ups and take to any after school activities and provide a good evening routine and to ensure everything is ready for the following day. They also have a cavapoo puppy so someone comfortable with dogs is essential and someone who is happy to engage in her care when needed.
The days they are requiring are Wednesday and Thursday, 3.30-7.30pm but ideally they will need a Tuesday from September as well. In the school holidays they will require full days on Wednesday and Thursday and there could also be some babysitting and ad hoc days on Monday and Friday but this is not essential.
The children are 12, 10, 6 and 4 years all with different interests and needs so someone organised, empathetic and adaptable is key. They enjoy sports, music, role play and arts and crafts as well as spending time outdoors.
