A warm and welcoming family based in beautiful Haywards Heath, West Sussex are looking for a nurturing, experienced nanny to care for their three young children; twins who will be around 11 months old (adjusted age) and a 4-year-old who will be starting school in September. This is a long-term, permanent role and a truly lovely opportunity for someone who wants to become part of a family, not just work for one.
The position offers three full working days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), with hours from 9am to 5pm. The focus will be on sole charge childcare and normal nursery duties, ensuring the children’s daily routines are smooth, stimulating, and loving. Experience with young babies, particularly twins or premature babies, would be highly valued.
The home is set in a lovely, detached property in Haywards Heath with beautiful gardens, offering a calm and peaceful environment. The family have a friendly dog. A driver with clean license is essential, and a car can be provided for use on duty, if needed.
The ideal candidate will be calm, confident, and highly organised, with strong experience supporting multiple young children. A flexible, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for working with families will be key to succeeding in this role.

Minimum experience level for this job: 5+ years nanny experience
Training required: Enhanced DBS and paediatric first aid are both required for this role.
Qualifications: Childcare knowledge/experience (formal qualifications welcomed but not required)

Pets at home: 1 Dog
Driving required: Yes, car provided for work use if needed

Pay: £18 gross per hour / £22,500.00 per annum gross
