An incredible part-time opportunity has become available near Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, for a compassionate and reliable Nanny Housekeeper to care for two delightful children, aged 5 and 8.
The ideal nanny will have prior experience caring for children and demonstrate a calm, nurturing, and confident demeanour, delivering the highest standard of care.
The Nanny duties will include collecting the children from a local school, transporting them to extracurricular activities, and supporting their after-school routine, which involves providing snacks, facilitating playtime, assisting with reading and homework, and overseeing mealtimes and bedtime routines. You will also be responsible for planning your days with fun and stimulating activities.
In addition to childcare, the role will require you to help manage the home in a welcoming environment. The family is seeking an all-rounder who is organised, trustworthy, and a pleasure to be around. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and a self-starter, able to take the initiative and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. The role includes a variety of housekeeping duties, including bedmaking, wardrobe management, laundry (including ironing), and other essential tasks to keep the house running smoothly.
You must be a careful and confident driver with a clean driving licence and your own fully insured car. Mileage for duties will be reimbursed.

Hours of work: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Days required: 12pm – 8pm.

Job Start Date: As soon as possible.
Pay: £20 Gross per hour, £24,960.00 Gross per annum.
