This busy professional family based in CB2 are seeking an experienced and qualified nanny to join them at the end of the summer. They have two little boys who are 4 and 2 – they are both in full time nursery and school which is a short walk away. Pick ups and drop offs would be needed and then during the day there would be household duties to take care of including cooking, errand running, laundry and grocery shopping. Mum will sometimes be at home depending on her schedule so the right candidate should be comfortable with this.
Home is well located in Cambridge and most things are walking distance so the nanny doesn’t have to drive, though it would be great if they do, though there is parking.
The children speak two languages and if the nanny was able to offer another language then this would be a bonus but not a deal breaker.
Ideally the nanny would be kind and respectful and happy to ensure there are boundaries.
The role can be live in or live out – if living in then there is a bedroom with an ensuite.
Location of the job: Cambridge CB2
Minimum experience Level for this job: Minimum 2 year professional childcare experience and qualified (Level 3 and above)
Details of any training needed for this job: Paediatric first aid certificate and enhanced DBS on the update service
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Cache Level 3 or above
Hours of work: 8AM-6PM/ 50hrs per week
Days required: Monday- Friday
Driving required: Would be a bonus – there is parking
Job Start Date: End of August/ start of September
Pay: £17 gross per hour/ £44,200 gross per annum for live out
£14 gross per hour/ £36,400 per annum for live in
